Yes, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access will remain until the end of your billing period.
You can disable your lost card through your account dashboard and request a replacement card from the pro shop.
PuttLock does provide insurance for equipment stored in lockers (subject to terms and conditions). lockers are also monitored 24/7 with security cameras. We recommend maintaining your own insurance for high-value equipment.
